BEHAVIOR SURVEY

To strengthen the whole, you have to understand the parts. That’s why at Garzoli Consulting, we use the ProScan® Survey by PDP Global. The ProScan results are extremely accurate, with 96% of people surveyed since 1977 agreeing with their survey results. It measures the dynamics of an individual, the job and the team by focusing on strengths. The system identifies motivators and shows how environmental factors affect stress, energy and satisfaction levels. PDP Global’s original research was based on statistical analysis and was conducted using a population of working adults. The ProScan Survey evaluates four cornerstones of behavior: dominance, extroversion, pace and conformity. It also shares valuable information pertaining to decision-making styles, communication preferences, energy levels, stress measurements, and motivators.
